X-Fuge on Mission
Samford University, Birmingham
Quick Facts:
- We will be attending X-Fuge on Mission located at Samford University in Birmingham
- The dates are July 5-10 (Monday - Saturday)
- The total cost for the trip to the students is $200 (The deposit & money raised at banquet will go towards this amount.)
- A $50 deposit is due by Sunday, March 7th - This will be the official "sign-up" list. Sign-up after this date will be based upon availability and the deposit will be $75.(Deposits are non-refundable)
- Students will be required to participate in at least one regular church ministry (i.e. Children's Church, VBS, etc.) and at least one special ministry project off campus. (We will have several off campus projects to choose from. ~ i.e. Back Yard Bible Club, Soup Kitchen, etc.) We want to teach that we need to be doing mission at home before we go out. Most of our students already do these things, so it should be no problem.
- All students who helped out with both fundraiser have raised 100% of their cost for the trip.
- Any balance of the $200 cost will be due by Sunday, May 30th.

Leave: Meet at the church and be Ready to Go at 1pm on Monday, July 5th.
Return: We will return to the church Around 12:30pm on Saturday, July 10th.
